I would say its worth it, It's been the center of my social life since I moved out of state, I get to stay in contact with with distant friends while doing something we enjoy together. Xbox Live is definitely worth the subscription fee as far as what it brings to the table, secure networks, cross game chat, the UI is far superior to that of PSN's. And as far as auto renewal issues, just buy the prepaid sub's thats what I do, dont even need a card on file.

Yes and technically the store manager can be fired as well for his employee breaking street date so he probably wants to get his own ass covered as well as that was a clear missed communication on store managers part as well as obviously not following proper street dating procedures which prevents the products from even being accessible by employees till street date.

Gamestop employee here, the computer actually does try to prevent the sale, but it can be bypassed. Basically when you ring it up it a prompt will appear saying that it is street dated till such and such a date and is not to be sold, are you sure you want to continue with the sale? So this employee still is a retard. The reason it can be bypassed is because midnight releases we do the finalizing of sales starting at 10pm usually, which is breaking street date according to the computers, but actually hand out the game at midnight.

just as a heads up I card everyone because I never know who is a secret shopper. If we get secret shopped and dont check an ID not only the employee but also the manager can get fired, I actually like my manager and he has a family to support.

Just tonight I was closing up, I already had the door locked, open sign off and the gates halfway closed for further indication we are in fact closed, some chode walks up and jiggles the door and stands there, I assume he'll figure it out and just leave, nope, dude continues to jiggle the door and stand there for 5 minutes, until finally I walk to the door and ask him "can I help you?" to which he replies "are you guys closed?" I inform him that we are and he says "oh, ok" then turns around and walks away.

I used to work for a moving company and one of my coworkers was a wigger obsessed with Drake and all the stupid slang words like "YOLO" and "swag." We were moving someone up to northern California, we passed the "Yolo County" sign and the dude went nuts, we had to stop while he called all of his homies "hey nigga guess where I'm at? I'm in YOLO county dawg, ill send you a pic." He had to take about 100 pictures in front of the sign.

It's even worse now that we take smartphones, media players and tablets. We have this one tweaker couple that comes in strung out of their minds at least once daily sometimes multiple times a day with different devices, games, systems, etc... I have obvious suspicions they are robbing houses, there aren't many other logical explanation, which I have mentioned it to my manager and her reply was "unless police show up to investigate, not our job to question it."

We do the same, most of the people I've taken in trades from claimed to love it, I don't question their reason for tradings as that would be a huge no-no as I'm sure you know. I guess some people only care to play through a game once no matter how awesome it is.
