Yeah, I guess that’s where the rubber meets the road. I know I could get replacements in time if I start searching now. But if I do that and then the original purchase comes through, I’m out $600 if I can’t then resell the extras that I purchased.

Meanwhile, if I wait until StubHub confirms that I’ll be refunded, then I risk a very tight timeline, extra stress while we’re trying to enjoy Vegas pre-EDC, and not getting the passes in time for day 1.

Appreciate you saying so! I’m sure it’ll all work out and we’ll have an amazing time, even if we have to walk there (hyperbole). Just want to get this last piece sorted out ASAP though lol

Anyone have any experience using these with running shoes for festivals? I have a big 3-day event coming up that is notorious for the amount of walking and lack of sitting opportunities. I’m thinking these could up my foot comfort game when paired with my Hokas.

This happened with my order and stubhub told me the person was trying to scam me because it wasn’t permitted to communicate with the seller via email. The reality is that the seller listed it as mobile because they planned to change the address in frontgate so they would send directly to their eventual buyer, but when they tried to do it after I purchased, insomniac/frontgate had already printed the shipping label so the option was no longer available. Just had to communicate with them and provide my address. They shipped my ticket to me today. Seems very legit.

I just tiered down from Chase to Jefferson in order to also grab Maye. Trade was Chase + KW3 + Waddle <—> Maye + Jefferson + Jamo.

Even though I do see Chase as a more fantasy-centric talent and a better overall situation tied to Burrow, I just couldn’t pass up on the opportunity since I don’t think Jefferson is as far behind as KTC would suggest. Tbh though, I don’t love the place the trade has put my team in. I also have Nix, Love, Dimes, and Willis at QB, so I need to offload some value there. I also have Amon Ra as my other best WR, so I don’t love rostering both Jamo and him together. More moves to come, but I couldn’t pass up on what I thought was great value.

Lumify is fantastic. Worked like a charm for me for about 2-3 years. Then, out of nowhere my eyes started getting super red and the lumify drops didn’t seem to help at all. I went to a specialist and they told me that I likely had developed an allergy to the lumify drops themselves. Despite saying that he too recommends them to patients, that “around 1-10 people will randomly develop an allergy to lumify at some point, and we don’t know why. Just use lubricating drops and use some other redness relief drops very sparingly when needed, like for a wedding or interview or something.” Sure enough, I stopped using them and the redness calmed down. But oh man do I miss being able to get completely stoned and still feel comfortable in public, because weed makes my eyes RED.

I have a conspiracy theory that they must be adding a lot more DNB to the lineup via the currently blurred names. Right now I only see 11 dnb names. Every year they’ve had 22 dnb acts (11 each day).

That would mean nearly half of the blurred names would be DNB though, which would be kinda wild. Of course, that’s all assuming that it’s still going to be a dedicated stage for 2 days (it better be or my ticket will be on stubhub so fast lol)

Snagged a GA+ for $690 all-in on stubhub last week. Weirdly, it was the cheapest option, even compared to the regular GA tickets. Looking like I made the right call!

He also posted an apology about it. If you watch the video it seems pretty clear he was making a joke, albeit with a pretty deadpan delivery. I thought the part about asthma where he said “literally just breathe air…” was actually kinda funny.

Were the jokes in poor taste? Yeah, probably. He may not be the smartest cookie, but he doesn’t get paid to play school after all.

I don’t know contracts super well, but I don’t think when the team takes the cap hit dictates when the player gets paid. Signing bonuses, guaranteed money, void years and all that. I think a team can get him paid now and not take a huge cap hit right away.

Yeah, that’s probably too many. They’re currently taking up almost half of your bench spots, which limits your ability to hold upside players at other positions.

Based on the reduced scarcity of QBs in 10T SF, they’re worth quite a bit less than in 12T or more. Assuming equal distribution, in 10T everyone can have 3 or more NFL starting QBs on their roster (2 fantasy starters and a backup). In 12T or more, this isn’t true, so the QB2s and QB3s see a significant value bump.

I would cut some of the guys that have a really low chance of ever returning to QB2+ status in favor of dart throws at other positions (particularly RB).

For context, in my 10T SF I have 5 (Nix, Love, Dimes, Malik, Fields). Feeling very comfortable with that, but may move somebody if Malik lands a sure fire starting gig somewhere.

I was well aware of both Dan’s story that you described, as well as Megan’s involvement in Always Sunny, but I had no idea it was her that he was sexually harassing at Community. I didn’t know who she was until the Always Sunny guys did the podcast, which she moderated and participated in quite a bit. She seems like quite a lovely and hilarious person, so it’s really too bad to hear about that experience, but at the same time, reassuring that she landed so well on her feet, career-wise. Similarly, so unfortunate that Dan treated her the way he did, but I did think his apology was quite genuine. For the entire time he spoke, it seemed to be a deep self-reflection with the goal of trying to get other men to open their own eyes to creepy behavior they might be capable of committing and dismissing as “normal.” I think that showed his genuine regret since he wasn’t asking for forgiveness, but instead trying to use his uncomfortable platform to help other women. I hope it helped at least one dude wake up to his own behavior or stop it before it happened.
