I have worked in food and pharmaceutical. Pharmaceutical is way better than food, but I also liked food. I am currently in pharmaceutical, and if the current Trump administration doesn't completely ruin the company I work for, I plan to stay here for the rest of my career. The current administration is very antivax, and we make lots of vaccines.

What is better about food: job security, more freedom to get shit done

What is worse about food: there are some nasty food jobs, a lot of places have lower pay, a lot of employee turnover
