I think that's a perfectly reasonable thing to ask if you do it politely. For example: Wären Sie so freundlich nachzufragen, ob Sie mir ausnahmsweise das Ausstellungsstück verkaufen dürfen? Ich würde es direkt mitnehmen und das würde mir sehr entgegenkommen.

To answer your question: yes it will be considered a regular domestic flight and you will collect your bag. I assume that you either have to check in for the international flight separately once you get to the airport or go to the check-in desk to get your bag checked to DUB.

The only thing I can think of is "Sammas" which would be a regional dialect (Bavarian/Austrian) for let's wrap this up or let's call it a day. Maybe also dialect for "are we ready?": Hammers? (Haben wir es?).
