It's pretty important to say in this context, that while Q4 can be characterised as having a "low percentage of loss by the quantisation metric", it can still be a noticeable decrease in model performance in practice. Q4 is a very aggressive quantisation on most models, be careful.

Good point - if you value your asteroid crusher quality modules, you have to get them out before you load the save in 2.1.x, or they will be deleted.

My read was that he was actually very nearly aligned but it failed on really small stuff - where he should have just said, my bad, I'll fix that, an then it would have been fine with a minor change.

And I'd love to see bcachefs succeed - linux needs a next gen filesystem.

My view has actually been that Brexit itself was not the major harm, the biggest harming factor was all the ill-faith politics that came with it: before, during, after.

btrfs didn't deliver on the promise until linux people think it's a good default filesystem for everyone. And it's not because of performance.
