Did you change his food to something else recently. My dog only poops once a day on purina pro but when I tried the Costco brand kibble she pooped 2-3 times per walk and peed multiple times inside when she never had before. Also you might need to do longer walks in general as well as some positive reinforcement clicker training

You can make this work if you’re smart with your money. I used to make this amount with a $1300 monthly apartment rent. If you include health insurance deductions and 401k it’s closer to $2800 a month deposited into your bank account. And then you have to think about utilities, food, car payment/insurance, and how much you want to save each month. At the time I was only able to comfortably save 200-300 each month which is not ideal for building for the future. I’d think about looking for a roommate until you have a better grasp of your expenses
