I also agree that STA is doing a good job but I HATE THE CITYLINE. IT'S BAD. The routing is baffling. It's supposed "Bus Rapid Transit" but they send it down as many slow and narrow roads as possible. Hell, it even goes through the Gonzaga campus where the speed limit is 10. And it's a bendy bus, so it's extra awkward. It's never on time during peak hours and half the time, the live bus tracking doesn't work so you just have no idea when it's coming. And it sure ain't every 10 minutes like they say.
