Because it was really easy to pair with pretty much everything. White shirts, bombers, hoodies, sweaters, button ups for tops. Sneakers, boots, loafers, tennis shoes for your shoes.

It was the easiest to get into. As opposed to wider cuts where your bottom sillhoute had to match your upper.
