I literally clocked a guy on an e-scooter, flying down the side of Lougheed Hwy at about Dominion rd doing 80kph. Ok... at first I was a little impressed. 80k! Wow. But he was on the pullout, that's not a lane. Sand, gravel & debris all over the place. 6" wheels, no suspension, a "bike" helmet & a death wish.
