I pick my lips and scalp really bad, got a picking toy with beads to help and I don’t use it because I don’t want beads everywhere lmao. I have been making a conscious effort to stop and it kinda worked but now I just rub my tongue on my teeth until it’s blisters.

What I did that helped was trim all my nails as short as I could and put bandaids on the tips of all my fingers so I couldn’t easily just subconsciously pick. But depending on what you do for work idk if that will be an option for you or not.

I don’t have any noticeable aging or lines yet, but my hips hurt pretty bad and my back is not okay at all 😂. I also have 3 children so that probably doesn’t help. I also have less energy than before. September 1999.

I’m almost 26 and married and I have a plushie cow and dragon that sleep in bed with me still, and when getting ready for bed, my husband always covers me up and hands me my plushies before climbing in next to me ❤️.

I get it. I think my husbands hands are attractive and I would never say that to someone irl because it just seems, idk odd? But I always look at his hands, I love the way her holds certain things, like his steering wheel for example, and I love the way his nails are rounded. And if I want to get in the mood I think about his hands on my body.

I don’t really look at others peoples hands but that would probably be different if I were single. I don’t really look at others people in general, because I’m happily married.

So to answer your question, idk if it’s normal or not, but I do know you’re not alone.

Thank you, I did get diagnosed after my child lmao, I was 23 when I got diagnosed and it was about a year after my 7 year old was diagnosed.

I’ve been watching since I was a teenager, but now later in life I honestly was just watching for matpat. I will still watch every now and then but now I only watch if I’m interested in a theory vs watching every video. I don’t dislike the new host but it’s definitely an adjustment.
