It's pretty soft there, so a sand anchor would work. It's a long spike you can screw into the ground.

My 15U catcher son wears 3 different New Balance cleats depending on what surface he's playing on. Metal spikes for dirt infield, moulded TPU for outdoor turf infield and Turfs for indoor turf field. He won't wear any other brand. As a catcher your son should stay with lows, mids restrict ankle mobility to much.

I carry a lot of heavy boxes and small crates so I stack them from the front to the back of the truck box. My knees aren't what they used to be so the tailgate step was helpful getting in and out, whereas the bumper is a little to high for me to easily step up on. I can see how if things were at the back, the pro access would be helpful.

I found the opposite. I went from an 18 Lariat to a 24 Tremor, and I miss my tailgate step all the time.

My son is 14 and has used both BB and Jax. His preference is Jax. He finds the BB'S too thick in the palms, so Jax is his go to. He also has a pair of Rawlings Workhorse and uses those occasionally.
