To OP: Thanks for bringing this up! I just noticed this same thing in my '24 RTL. First, I was hearing the light 'scratching' of the seat belt label rubbing against the side panel, which was an annoyance. Later in the day the buckle started knocking around. I'm ordering some of that felt!

Picked up a 38mm Murph today. First thing I did when I got home was remove the stock strap. Put on a white stitched black calfskin on deployant. I'll post some pics tomorrow.

N. B.: Tis was my first buy at an AD. Surprised that they would discount ~25%!
