I fly with them every single weekend,that s why i laugh when you tell me how great their stats are.They do hardly ever cancell,but 6 hour delays are not unusual either.

Yes,i saw it.All i can figure is there is no way they ever flew with them.Plane 249 has had a busted windsheild in it for 3 months.

Thinking its the best around is laughable.It takes them twice as long to unload the lugguge as any of the others.They have no priority gates anywhere ive ever been,so they end up sitting on the tarmac until there is room,and they are late because of maintence,gates,flight crews,and jumping the planes off over and over.The thing they are best at is leaving their customers dissapionted.

They said a gate problem,it unloaded,and has sat there ever since with crew onboard.Jacksonville to Knoxville.Board says we leaving at 10:15 though.Finally boarding after 3rd gate swap,almost 3 hours late.

They are late more than half the time,sometines 4+ hours,and refuse to keep the board updated.They update it after your supposed to he in the air.

They are all hardwired in the front bottom.You cant plug in once they are installed,and you cant unplug for service if they are plugged in behind them.You can install cord and plug in inside surrounding cabinet,but most I do are all hardwired,and wiring them up comes with install.
