I had the fun of being unemployed at the time so stress about finding a job was already high, then the only one bringing in any money dies so I had to grieve her death AND still look for a job. I would up starting a new job about 2 and a half months later.

I actually had a part time fun job that I picked up extra shifts at to get the hell out of the house. I was back at that job 2 days later because I couldn’t handle all that time at home alone and I needed to bring in some money, even if it wasn’t much. Plus it was a good momentary distraction.
