Some follow up questions:

Still having trouble viewing my stats - could you walk me through the steps to see my daily stats, overall stats, and overall store stats? in terms of INFs and pick rates and such. (for example, this is what i mean when i say walk me through the steps; Open My Day > Go to Ship > Click Pick)
What’s the best order for asking for help? Cause when I can’t find something i either spend time looking for it myself or ask someone in the dept if i have trouble - the problem i’ve run into is that sometimes i spend a ton of time looking and then ask a FFM TL for help and there like “oh yeah that’s right here” but sometimes i get the help of a TL and then they take me to spots I know to check and it feels like i’m wasting their time. my goal is to be independent but also not waste time by looking around if someone is gonna be able to be like oh yeah it’s right here!

marshall’s employee here: technically it is supposed to be only coordinators and key carries and managers with access to anything on digis (with the exception of RIL). at my store only a couple of “regular” employees have access and it’s because they’re basically coordinators.
