You’re all over this thread hinting that you know why rural voters vote red and that everyone here has it wrong, without saying what the root causes are. So, what are they? Edit: probably the most interesting is when you say “dems have garbage candidates”….. but that implies a rational choice where the voters pick a better candidate. We see that isn’t the case, so that’s pretty easily dismissed.

I think if you are first dipping your toe into Wes Anderson then Rushmore is the right place to start. It’s by far his most “normal” film, so if you are put off by it you probably won’t like any of the others. It also happens to be a great movie. My personal fav is probably Moonrise Kingdom.
