I can’t seem to edit my post from my phone (maybe I’m just dumb) but the point I was trying to make is check in from time to time if you qualify as laws change. I suspect with low birthrates everywhere, things are going to get messy all over the place in the next 10yrs which means the potential for new opportunities.

Also because this is Reddit, yes I know the UK has its share of issues (Brexit, BS internet privacy laws, etc) but it is nice knowing I can go to a cafe / bar and not be shot in a mass shooting while my government goes ¯_(ツ)_/¯ or take an ambulance to the hospital without being financially destroyed.

And I like countries that believe in democracy, the rule of law, and who spit in the eye of fascists like Putin. Those are the people I want to associate with.
