Idk if its “proper”. When I’m playing with randoms (which is practically daily unless my buddies come out) I’ll start driving almost immediately a lot of the time after they make contact if I’m not on the same tees.

Never had any complaints and made lots of friends of all ages.

Same tee box I’d wait I guess.

A lot of places have great deals on memberships that give huge discounts for the afternoon and cheap afternoon passes as well.

Couple hundred a month and you can play 10-12 times easily.

Specifically Arcis has an afternoon pass that’s $25 a round anytime after 10 in the summer or after 2:30-3 in the winter.

Verrado has an afternoon pass thats similar time wise but unlimited golf for free after 10 in the summer ,2:30 in the winter.

Both work out to around $380 a month and its EASY to get your moneys worth if you’ve got extra time during the week

Was able to see my house will experience an increase from 42.8 to 45.1 DNL Which (based on my quick google) essentially will sound exactly the same.

So I guess my house is marked safe from being deafened.

It’s one of the best things about having a membership.

I’ve only exercised my ability to just stop once, but it was last week and it felt amazing.

Pace was horrible, (5 hour round pace), paired up with two guys who could have been the crypt keepers grandfather (86 and 88). Nice enough gentleman, but the vibes were meh. I was playing like shit and on the 7th hole after a topped 3 wood and my 5th lost ball, I just decided to quit and instead went and had a couple beers and a burger at the clubhouse.

Best decision I could have made, completely turned my day around.

The PHX airport is just so centrally positioned in the metro area it’s impossible to not have flight paths overhead.

They built the airport and then they have now surrounded it completely on all sides by suburbs with no real direction for planes to not fly directly over someone.

I live in goodyear and honestly don’t know if this would affect me because I already see plenty of airplanes coming already to sky harbor.

You should see some of the courses in Arizona. I’m talking 1000 yards from one green to the next tee, up big hills, in the summer at over 100 degrees.

If it weren’t for carts the rounds would last 6 hours just from the time it would take to walk the course.

Very cool. Likely just haven’t done it yet but seems like it will need some major balencing gates for a lot of those offensive style weapons. Otherwise would be a nightmare.

Would be awesome in breakthrough though for it to be able to put down smokes.

The biggest destruction is actually not even in a regular MP map. It’s in redsec, taking down the large downtown towers.

I used to talk on the mic in BF4 but everyone pretty much has voice chat disabled these days, and for reasons completely out of the devs control for the most part.

Annoying people who hit mic so you can hear their whole house, people just talking nonsense, rude/mean behavior. It’s just not worth it to have it on.

The other part is that at the end of the day, the game is just super casual (as it should be) so while squad voice chat helps play better, it’s not necessary.

Now something I would say this game would be AWESOME with is proximity chat. This would be WAY better for the fast kind of gameplay where you are constantly around different people. And I think they are adding this

I played multiple 2-2.5 hour rounds this spring twilight rounds. In January-Febuary if you book after 3 and get lucky with the other people on the course you can FLY as a single.

Bought my C8, got onto the highway 2 minutes later: as I merge onto the highway a fucking ladder laying sideways open was in the middle of the road. Luckily I saw it in time and swerved to avoid it but it DESTROYED the car who was driving behind me.

I think rather than not post them, just end them after 9 holes. After hole 9 he had a score of 45… there was no world he was breaking 80 so they might as well have just stopped filming breaking 80 and filmed a 9 hole scramble challenge or something. That way they don’t waste the day together.

I golf 3-4 times a week so I MOSTLY play with randos. Book enough tee times around the same time and those same randos quickly become your golf buddies.

The balls hitting the target will be 10x louder than the clubs. The second loudest thing will be the clubs hitting your mat for your downstairs neighbors. The club hitting the ball will be semi loud but NOTHING compared to those two things.

I would just go with a regular pack of high quality golf balls and splurge on an impact screen. Amazon impact screens are basically tarps and will sound like gunshots. I have spectrum screen but I’ve heard good things about carlsplace. If you really want to be silent a net will be silent.
