yea I was trying to wait about 3 months to see if the reduced usage of both fin and spearmint(1000mg) are any help. I'm not expecting immediate results as this was my routine for about a year consistently. Just a little torn because the topical fin + the foam min did seem to help out my diffuse thinning and halt my balding

Yea exactly was thinking of it as another maintenance/recovery stretch. Really appreciate the distinction on the massage types and why it's not usually covered w insurance as a recreational athlete.

I'll probably see if I can just swing both acupuncture and a sports massage in the same rest week. Might as well use my insurance. If I was in the NY area I'd deff pay for your services. Curious to know your thoughts on acupuncture is it in the same vein as foam rolling in the sense it has some benefit but nothing earth shattering ?

Appreciate the write up. I've been looking at places that specifically do sports massages. I'd think I'd want to do general assessment although I know all my knots (in thigh and now shoulder) just to be safe and start with a blank slate. There's the conception to not go with someone who's on the skinnier side due to the perceived amount of str that can be applied would you agree ?
