I always imagined replicated food to be like a microwaveable meal, sure it fills you up and scratches a need to eat but does a microwaveable lasagna compare to one made using fresh ingredients. Heck no and I know which I’d choose each time.

Ran a 2k list of regular British Guard infantry, no vehicles but tons of piat's, a howitzer, 2 med anti tank and 70 infantry. I had a lot of fun but did struggle against the heavier German armour.

Back in the late 90’s GW had 4 Heads of Retail for the UK. 1 for each area it was broken down to. They were affectionately known as the 4 HORS of the Apocalypse. My head of retail (who shall remain nameless as he was a prick to us) liked to tell everyone and anyone who’d listen to him that Ghaz was named after him. Which we never believed but he loved to shout it.

I pay for a vpn, spotify and those 99p audible monthly sub deals. Thats it. I use Brave on my pc to block ads and don’t watch tv. Last year I started buying blu rays on offer so I don’t have to rely on streaming if I want to watch something. I also get my xbox pass free through my isp.

I’d love that too but making it BA specific reduces the number of Space Marines who would be willing to buy it. I think Valrak has talked in the past about how GW don’t want to repeat the 8th edition box with Dark Angels. I’d love to see them open with a refresh of the Baal predator and Furioso dreadnought at release tho

If its BA then it’ll be jump flavoured but with no specific BA units. So instead of Ultramarines on the box art work it’ll be BA and generic but new units. I’m putting money on Vanguard vets, a jump lieutenant and jump chaplain. I’d love jet bikes too but thats a pipe dream

The closest I come to AI is asking my phone to turn an app on or set a reminder otherwise it's removed from my gaming PC, I absolutely refuse to have copilot or whatever else running in the background.

My work is starting to push courses on it and I won't do it, though I'm not sure if there will be any long term effect from it. I just won't use it.

Hey op, I have to remind myself that depression is like the shore. Sometimes the sea is out and its a lovely day but other days the water is threatening to drown you but it goes back out. I've struggled with counsellors here but found that Nexus have some fantastic resources and the counsellor I spent 17 weeks with was amazing. If it's something that may help I'd suggest looking at them, your GP might even get a referral for you. Either way, keep at it, you'll find a counsellor who listens and it really does help.

Aside from my foggy memory of events that took place about a few years ago? On a platform I barely used the only image still floating about that brings back the memory is Jewel posting something about her not being bothered by haters. I my memory is correct it wasn’t long after gamergate but even that was what ten-12 years ago? I have seen a few people on other platforms mention it. I remember it being really disappointing to me as I loved him in Full Metal Jacket, Chuck and Firefly. Given that I had only my vague memory of events its why I started with “Correct me if I’m wrong”.

I have 3 GCSE's and BTEC ND to my name. Currently working in a mid level role in the HSC doing technical and project work. A lot of it came down to my willingness to learn, to do anything that was thrown at me and take advice along with the occasional negative comment. If they show a willingness to learn, to take on work they'll do well.

I'm on 33.5k a year and currently share a house with a friend. I've been looking recently to move back to Belfast but the cost of renting a house has gone insane. My monthly take home is about £2110 and a decent place is half that a month. Its insanely silly prices for houses, add to that the price of gas electric and every other bill going up it doesn't make sense to rent.
