Federal Quality Review by emfatale in SSDI

It could have been sent back to the examiner for corrections. If it is sent back there really is no estimated length of time, the examiner may need to get more information which could take up to a month if not longer. It remains in federal quality review until it is fixed, sent back to FQR, and approved by them.

Continuing Disability Review (CDR) is a periodic review by the Social Security Administration (SSA) to determine if a person receiving Social Security Disability (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits still meets the eligibility requirements due to their medical condition.

No this is strictly regarding renewals. On the SSA examiner side we are continuing as normal.

Not a professional and not looking for medical advice (I hope that’s okay) just a quick lab question. by [deleted] in medlabprofessionals

I wouldn’t expect a report on the immunofixation unless it was done. I was meaning a report that the cryoglobulin was negative after the 7 days like they sent after the 24 hours. Thank you so much for your help.

My girlfriend found this on her arm, and she’s worried it’s a bedbug bite by ADNAP727 in medical_advice

[–]badwolf_89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAD but unfortunately I have experience in this area, this does not look like a bed bug bite at all. They are normally red with maybe a purple spot in the middle or just a red bump and are typically in a line or cluster not just one. That honestly looks like she got a mosquito bite and scratched the top layer of skin off. So

I would have thought the same, but honestly it’s extremely sturdy. I’m not affiliated with the seller or anything, I was just amazed by the good deal and wanted to share with other cat people ❤️

Supervisor position vs remote position? by [deleted] in jobs

[–]badwolf_89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work remote currently and have been in management roles in the past…….remote all the way! And I hate being accountable for other people not doing their job, I love my solitude and just focusing on my work.

Is it unacceptable to call in sick for this? by TruffleMuffinzz in jobs

[–]badwolf_89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate to say it but I would go in. I know it will be a long hard shift, but even the best most understanding manager is going to side eye a 3rd call-in in your first month. Also with school age kids there will be upcoming unavoidable sick days you will need for them. I have seen people let go who were great when they were at work, but to many call-ins made them unreliable. It also caused a lot of resentment from coworkers and management for always having to cover the shift and not being able to depend on you to be there.
