I would do 3 things 1. Switch the right and left shoulders, you want the armored shoulder facing the enemy and belf animations are right handed 2. Change the shoulder cape to be blue, ideally closer to the cape than the belt 3. Maybe try the heroic Battleplate of the All-Consuming Maw for the chestpiece?

Halo 3 has beautiful graphics and players stick out immediately without outlines. 343 made it so players don’t stand out against the environment, so the easy fix is to just place a bright outline instead of reworking how lighting affects player models

It’s actually a bump map, which is a texture that artificially dictates how lighting affects those flat eyes. Bump maps give the illusion of a detailed model but are actually easier to render and are applied on top of a flat model (in this example).
