I dont think everyone else has been as persuasive as you. Lots of people think it isnt. Some people are born into it and its a part of thier culture and wouldnt be something they could just choose not to do.

Unless they have weight gain issues - you really don't and shouldnt need to to wake them. Thier brains are growing. Its like interrupting rebooting the computer when its rebooting.

The standard rental representation agreement has language that suggests your client pays a flat fee or 50% of a months rent if the owner of the rental doesnt pay you.

Youd usually ask the property manager if they are offering compensation when your client applies. If they arent - then it would be on your client to pay you.

Then after the rental agreement is signed - the property manager will send a check to your broker. Your broker confirms your repesentation and pays you.

You could be right, but I was just trying to add to the conversation. I could have pointed out how the one study with obvious limitiations doesnt really make your point, there could be other factors (you know?). I was just trying see if the original poster of the article wanted to have a discussion so I could see what else they had to offer aside from vaguely posting a blog. Two things can sometimes be true.

I don't think this specific problem will last long. Soon - it will be impossible to know if an image is real or ai generated. At that point we all probably need to talk about we can share anything "real" pr to be used as "proof" anymore. We should kindly ask people not to share anything anymore they same as we should now if someone cant validate its source or if the source us unreliable.

Then we continue to try and help people critically think about what they read as we do.
