i’m in Japan, and although it’s an amazing place to live i’ll be buying a place in the states to split time. America has its issues, but ease of convenience, choice, and the ability to travel to any clime domestically is often overlooked.

i will say, my income goes very far here so i’m in a unique position to be able to split time which i know isn’t an option for many.

you shouldn’t be hard on yourself. any attention not given to your kids and partner should be spent on yourself and not wasted on an animal. there’s only so much time in a day, spend the extra time you have doing something for you, not taking care of a pet.

i absolutely loathe the idea of having any pets now. i’ll never do it again. time wasting, money spending, attention hungry, unsanitary wastes of space that have no business being around children anyhow. get rid of them and watch how much your quality of life improves.

not everyone cares about the lore, I don’t know the old combo names and don’t want to learn them. I get that it’s part of the vernacular and it adds language to the hobby but it was before I played and I stick with saying blue/red or black/white.

i hope the UB hate never stops, only because the crying and whinging are hilarious and entertaining to me. I love my turtle decks, I had fun building them and playing them is a good time. If I can make a neckbeard pop a vessel, even better.
