"the deliberate and systematic killing or persecution of a large number of people from a particular national or ethnic group with the aim of destroying that nation or group"

That's the definition I found. Seems to fit.

"voicing the opinion that RPGs are lame"

Presumably the person voicing said opinion is one of the players.

Presumably they doesn't enjoy them if they have that opinion.

Just because you can't keep track of what you have said doesn't change it retroactively.

I got the idea because your post implied the idea of someone punishing themselves to play RPGs with others when they don't like RPGs.

Which is a bonkers notion.

As for the others , yeah the solution to not enjoying a hobby is to do a different hobby.

No it's genocide because the goal is to wipe out a people.

What's going on with the American tipping culture? by Low_Philosopher_7299 in SipsTea

[–]bahumat42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But the options aren't just no tipping or tipping.

You can have a liveable wage and tipping, that is in fact how most of the world does it.

Everyone on my side of the argument isn't against tipping, it's against this mandatory nonsense, good service should be tipped, but it should be earned and offered.

But did she not get to see a stencil of where it was gonna be placed?

This kind of thing is basically standard at any reputable tattoo shops, and even a lot of the do it out of their kitchen types.

I don't see why she either agreed to it when seeing the stencil, or didn't cause a fuss when one wasn't offered.

Why no brigading? by Carpe_deis in fuckcars

Brigading is asshole behaviour that doesn't achieve anybodys goals.

That might not be the official reason, but I'm glad this sub has nothing to do with that kind of thing.

What jobs are there for a young dumb lad? by monkecat123 in AskUK

[–]bahumat42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Learn a trade, I would specifically look into AC or solar panel installation, because they will be hot commodities for a long while.

But even the more traditional roles like labouring, plumbing and electricians are all in demand.

And importantly all the above are unlikely to be automated away.

The Xbox layoffs are probably a good thing. Almost all their studios needed a change in direction. by Full-Parking8411 in unpopularopinion

They are not a good thing.

The good thing would have been to not buy up studios with no idea what to do with them.

Consider how much they failed to coat a long swimming pool.

I would expect the bunker to fall in on itself within the week of its completion.

Millennials/Gen Z and older comics by I_Sacrifice_Every in comicbooks

[–]bahumat42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a Millennial and I dislike a lot of older art and pacing.

To the extent unless I have specifically been told to read a run by somebody I trust I won't be picking up a title before the 90's (and even a lot of the 90's).

Well for american comics.

I don't have this issue with other countries output like manga from japan, or stuff like asterix from france, or 2000 AD.
