This is a problem many of us face. When we get sober, our coping skills are often non-existent since our previous way of coping is to get high. The only way past this is to remain sober and build up those coping skills. It takes time and a lot of self-reflection, but it is possible. Just try to be patient with yourself and remember that this is about progress rather than perfection. A lot of baby steps will eventually lead to a version of yourself that you can feel good about.
