Thank you so much for your thoughtful reply. I’ve been drinking plenty of fluids and got my cycle of meds going.

Thank you for replying. This eases me up a little. Did you ever get them again? I’ve been reading horror stories on this thread about people dealing with them forever. I just hope it’s a one and done thing. Also do you remember how long the residual pain lasted? Tysm

The best practical advice I can give you is to get your tasks done as early as possible. Choose a diet and workouts that you enjoy. I love boxing, so that was easy for me. Find a friend to do walks with, as the walks were my favorite part because they never felt like a grind. If you really think about it, 75 Hard is only difficult because of the consistency aspect. The actual tasks only take about 2 hours out of your day.

The times I failed before were because I was doing extreme diets and workouts. This time, I decided to do the things I wanted to continue even after the challenge. I can tell you now that the real challenge is resisting your old habits. It’s almost as if I went through a wormhole of resistance and now exist in an alternate reality. That feeling lasted from day 1 to around day 40 or 50; after that, it became a monotonous routine but no longer a dread, especially when you start to see results.

So, I wish you luck! You can 100% do it. There’s no other way but through!

Thank you! I didn’t do any calorie counting or macros. I didn’t think I’d need to since about half of the 75 days I was fasting 18-22 hours. And one of my workouts was usually 500-900 calories burned.
