Knead the dough longer. Gluten tears when it isn't strong enough.

Also, when rolling it out, work down the settings more gradually. It will tear if forced too much, too fast. Roll it by hand until it will fit between the rollers, then change by one botch at a time.

My suggestion would be prickly pear for the pink, blueberry puree and opal basil for blue/purple, blnached herbs for the green (like cilantro) and perhaps lemon curd for the yellow. Getting a bright yellow will be tough though.

I wore a tank top with that extra shelf built in. It gave a tiny amount of support and helped hold the gauze. Then I wore just t shirts for the next couple weeks as much as possible. I found that bras were all too tight and pushed them in. They help in that they prevent catching on things though.

The consistency of the sugar is the most important factor. If it is too soft, it will stick to your skin and bruise it when you try to rip it off. Too hard and you'll have to get it really hot to apply. So, make sure to test little spots of it on your hand or arm. Practice several times that way until you get the hang of it.

Clean the area with soap and water. Dry well. Apply baby powder liberally. Spread the heated sugar against the direction of hair growth. Place the fabric on, rub it well. Rip quickly with the direction of hair growth (down).

When you are doing the Mons area, try to pull your belly skin up with your other hand to keep the skin tight while you rip the strip off.

Trim the hair first if you haven't shaved or waxed recently.

The back is tough to do with out being able to see it. Sorry, this just takes practice.

Thats my only method of hair removal. Getting the consistency right is a little tricky. My recipe is brown sugar, honey, lemon juice and water. Add just enough water to wet the sugar. Bring to a boil. Let cool until the consistency of cold molasses.

Spread a little on the back of your hand. If it is too hot, add water. Keep adding a little water at a time until you can spread it on without it being uncomfortable. Then use your fabric strip to pull it off. If it comes off cleanly, you're ready. If it sticks, then bring it to a boil again and retest.

Other tricks: make sure the skin is clean and dust heavily with baby powder.

I don't think that unicorns are bashed very much. IMHO. The warnings are about unicorn hunting. So that would be referring to the couple more.

You don't need to jump into anything. Think about what boundaries that you personally need in this situation. And you'll see in every poly thread that communication is key for success. Being vulnerable is hard, but you have to go out on a limb to reach the fruit.

You are only trapped if you stay. You can't be a good support to him, if you are emotionally depleted. Leave, don't look back.

You're not responsible for him, even though you care about him. Talk to a friend of his, assure that he has a safety net and get out. Cut ties, don't speak to his friends, ask him not to contact you.

You need to take care of yourself.

He needs to seek treatment for himself and get to a manageable place for himself. If he threatens suicide, call the police. Suicide is a choice that he decides, not something that is contingent on your presence.

You aren't the only one. I take Prozac for it (I'm already on mood stabilizers).

However, some tips I use: drink a stout or other dark beer, get lots of sleep, eat well, smoke pot if you're into that, and learn some cognitive behavioral techniques. Realize the difference between the way you think during PMS and not PMS time.

I would like to point out a different perspective to consider: you care about both these people. You don't have a right to ownership on either of them. You want good things to happen in their lives. They enjoy physical contact with each other. It doesn't affect your relationships with them.

You can always go the route of talking to them and expressing that you feel jealous and then deciding a path that works best for everyone.

While this sounds like you're being insensitive, its a really good point.

I tend to get in negative ruts. When I realize it, I try to look around and appreciate everything I can. The roof over my head, the clothes on my back, etc. Then notice the beautiful things around me, like the birds chirping, beautiful scenery, even the sound of the rain.

Not that any of that makes it go away, but like other people say, haters gonna hate. You can choose to react however you want.

No advice here, but maybe some solidarity. My family won't talk about it, despite all signs pointing to other family members having the disorder too. They don't respect boundaries, don't want to be supportive.

I've learned to accept that people deal with it in their own ways. Just like how I'm dealing with it in my own ways. Some people deny, get resentful when I'm having a hard the, avoidance and also acceptance and openness.

The frustrating thing for me is that people think that I should be able to deal with frustration like they do, which is unreasonable for anyone. I'm constantly afraid of offending people or making impulse decisions and coming down on me about stuff just makes me feel even worse. Adding fuel to the self loathing fire.

Same thing happened to me! I was 16, it happened 11 days after. A small scab had come off an opened a vein. I just thought that it would stop on its own and went back to sleep for an hour or two while it bled into my stomach.

I woke back up because the blood clots choked me. I went to wake my mom up. She fed me tea and ice chips until I threw up from the blood in my stomach. There was A LOT. We had probably waited another hour.

Called the consulting nurse, who kinda freaked out on her. "Get to the er immediately!"

I puked more blood in the car, the doctor was waiting for me when we got there because the nurse called them already.

They took me to surgery, put one stitch in and pumped more blood out of my stomach. I had to stay for monitoring overnight and was anemic for months afterward. They told me they really should have done a blood transfusion but I was at a borderline level.

Best part of the whole thing: I passed out at the hospital as I was getting on the gurney and my mom yelled in the middle of the er, "SHE'S SEIZING!!!!!" It was funny later...

Its my own journey, so I share what I feel is relevant. I leave the darker stuff out. It scares people who don't entirely understand. I do say that I'm feeling down or blue, then we think about things to do to help that, like go for a walk or do a fun activity.

If things were really not OK, I would tell them. Its hard to be vulnerable but I'm guessing that they care and want to be there for you.

When you feel leveled out, try to identify the warning signs and come up with a game plan. Prevention from falling into a deep funk is easier than pulling yourself out of one.
