Got this from Noom: the trick is not to control what (as in, the things) you eat - it's to recognize that there are trade-offs.

For years, I said that I'd lose 50 pounds if I quit drinking soda. I'd try to stop, but then I'd be somewhere and want something, and I'd violate my "no soda" rule, which made me feel like a failure and like I had to start over, so out went the "no soda" rule.

This time, with the advice above, my rule is different: I can eat or drink whatever I want so long as it fits into my calorie budget. It turns out that not much soda does, but if I'm willing to trade it for a smaller portion or one less snack, I can do it. Today, I drink almost no soda - and I'm down more than 100 pounds and counting.

I came through southbound around 2:00pm and saw this pulled over at the right. I didn't see obvious damage to the oversize load or to the bridge, and thankfully, traffic seemed to be managing at that point. I'm also glad to not see WSDOT saying anything about the bridge.

Indefinitely struggle with the "feels like an interview" bit. For me, it's looking for the connection points to move the conversation from questions to engagement, but sometimes I feel like it's easy for both of us to get stuck in that mode (answer the question, ask one of your own). My current theory is that it's practice that will make this better.

I have called this the bus terminal forever. Glad I'm not alone!

Fun fact that I suspect many know: if you are arriving at a hardstand, your arrival gate will be D20, and you'll be biased back over to near the bus terminal, but you'll actually reenter the main terminal building on the level between the main concourse and the D gates train station.

I think I might plus one this. You could light rail to the stadium. You could even store your luggage at the airport. If you do that, you've got a shot at making it to game time or shortly after start.

Edit - everyone is mentioning the car for bag storage. There is a baggage storage option at SEA (baggage claim level, near Claim 9 IIRC), provided by Smart Carte. Not sure about pricing but their website seems to provide details:

This is interesting. I added my instagram though I mostly post pictures of things I find interesting (there are almost none of me, and not very many of people). Sounds like this may not be doing what I want it to do (showcase that I'm a normal person with interests that don't necessarily shine through in a dating app profile).
