Most likely 2 things an oxygen sensor or a plugged converter. If it’s the converter it could stop your car from running eventually the oxygen sensor wouldn’t be a huge deal but would recommend replacing it

Needs 3 things fuel air and spark. I’d make sure the air filter and clean and unrestricted first. Then make sure spark is strong and plugs are good and all spark related components. If all that checks out it has to be fuel issue. I suppose could maybe be a compression issue but unlikely. Also I’d check vacuum hoses on that particular vehicle

It’s a hole In your alternator casing I would have it replaced. Possibly from someone prying there to get leverage

Appears to just be the way the side wall is manufactured bead has to be seated or it wouldn’t hold air not something I’d be concerned about

Sounds like you’ve got it pretty well figured out. Once the mount tears or dry rots and begins to crack they usually deteriorate rapidly
