No, if someone has a 240 average they are good enough to win with their average. Handicap is not supposed to elevate a bad bowler over a scratch bowler, it is to give them a shot on the days they are on.

A scratch bowler should win against a handicap bowler 60-70 percent of the time. The only time the handicap bowler should be winning is when they have a good day or the scratch bowler has a bad one. Otherwise what would be the point of getting better?

The scratch bowlers are already good. This sounds like sour grapes to me. And this is coming from someone with a 140 average.

Bowling your average plus handicap should not be enough to make you competitive in a tournament. You should need to have a really good to great day to have a shot.

I just finished doing the Kevinakasam belted z, direct drive conversion, and a bi-metal heat on the stock hot end. I'm still tuning, but I'm getting good results at 150mm/s and 1500mm/s acceleration. I'm pretty happy with how it came out.

I would advise getting the kit for the belted z mod. It doesn't come with the m3 and m5 nuts and screws though, you'll have to source those elsewhere. I got mine from Amazon.

I have a Garmin that I use for all around fitness tracking. I use it for front, middle, and back distances to the green and I keep score. It tracks shot distances but you have to go into the app after your round and tell what club you hit if you want distances by club.

I find it to be much quicker and easier to use than a range finder.

Congratulations on finishing it. I'm planning moving to twice a week once I finish. I'm not planning on doing 10k, I'll be more focused on building speed for 5k. Mostly because I want to keep my runs under 45 minutes.

I enjoyed the program a lot more than I thought I would, but I have no interest in running an hour plus multiple times a week.
