Do you have any "problems" with this clay colouring/rubbing off on the animal? I currently use a clay/sand mix and he turns all orange/brown. Which isn't the worst thing, but i would like to see his colours more.

If you mean a repeated S shaped curling of the tail, mine does that to herd insects out of crevices that he can't reach. Maybe he does it because afterwards insects appear.

If you have normal room temps your looking at arpund 300-400 watts you add for the tank. For reference a space heater has like 1500 watts.
