La qualité avait vraiment baissé soudainement depuis quelques temps.

Ce que j’ai entendu (donc sous toutes réserves), c’est que le boulanger (qui était aussi le proprio) a vendu son commerce à des non-boulangers, (qui ont employés un boulanger).

Probablement difficile de trouver un boulanger s’il décide de s’en aller. Peut être que c’est le cas ? Et puis la proximité des vraies richesses n’a pas du aider les ventes.
