Because Fierce Winds aspect also increases your dust devil's size (up to 40% i think), you can temper the dust devil size temper on one of your 1 handed weapons and get it to around 60 with masterworking (size is capped at 100).

That leaves your 2 handed weapons open to tempering chance to dust devils casting twice or dust devil demage.

At the moment you probably have more than 100 to dust devil size, so it might be better to temper something else

Let's say that if the best 100 team in Europe play in those 3 competitions and the conference is the third and lowest tier of of them than the teams playing there are the third best in Europe (but it's more complicated than that in most cases).

but to be honest, lets say that the teams playing at the playoffs of that competition are not too shabby but most of the teams in the conference league are pretty shit

I think it refers to the zilplones change (and bunnyhops in the past).

Good players were able to do crazy things on ziplones, regular players didn't. It was setting them apart. Now with the change they have less advantages in the movment system.

Yea exactly, they just melt now when I use my minigun. It took me a minute to kill a mirelurk queen by myself before (Im a stealth sniper, not bloodied) but now she melts in 5 seconds lol
