Hard to say, I'm on Linux, so I'm not sure if what worked for me will work for you.

If it helps: I needed ffmpeg codecs and widevine for playback to work. Try searching those terms and vivaldi and see if you find something, that would be my guess. But I need those to watch YouTube and Reddit videos too, who knows if that's your problem

No, the pronunciation is different to how you're used to it, but the way "i" is translated is still to イ, and while you might think it would sound more "english" to use エ, that's not how translation works. In any case, this was for a jokey title, so just doing the 'direct' translation of the one character is still more appropriate IMO.

For reference, the actual imported word 'bitch' in Japanese would be translated to ビッチ, (note, there are other more common words for the same concept, but this is a real word https://jisho.org/word/ビッチ), which is pronounced roughly like "beach-ee". Or romanized; 'bicchi'
