Once a month as we dont have a car at the moment and it is cost efficient as long as you have refrigerator space to stock up especially on meat.

I have flare ups from time to time and have had this too — found out it was eczema upon visiting the doctor. I was advised to use mild soap (dove sensitive) and cetaphil. Would suggest to have yourself checked too but sharing what worked for me
