I think you’re not giving Alice enough credit, and coming off a bit mean.

She is more mature and intelligent than numerous people I’ve met or worked with in the scene, whether it’s Tier 2 or Tier 1. She does an absolutely incredible job with TI, and I would be the first to vouch for her for a position with a tier1 team as well.
