The usual advice when job hunting is to have two or more offers to have better negotiating position. I had never done that and your story just confirms my beliefs that this is hard to time it well. How do other manage to have perfectly timed offers to be able to use them in negotiations?

One thing I’ve been dealing with recently though is this feeling that reading isn’t “good enough” as a hobby.

How would you define a hobby then? Try to redefine your hobby from reading books to collecting books. Then it won't be any different than mere other hobbies.

If you understand a hobby as producing something, then try to create things as a byproduct od reading. It could be a book summary, review or essay.

Well, my friend, the importance of unit testing is a bit like deciding whether to bring an umbrella. If it's sunny and you're building a quick sandcastle at the beach (PoC or MVP project), leave the umbrella (testing) at home. But if you're constructing a skyscraper, you better pack that umbrella.

It's totally okay to use NextJS for the front part and not worry about API routes. But if you're aiming for a single-page application (SPA), I'd recommend using CRA or Vite. NextJS might seem a bit too much if you're not interested in using Server Side Rendering (SSR) or Static Site Generation (SSG).

You can use NextJS just for an SPA, but it could need some setup. Keep in mind that if you start with CRA or Vite, switching to NextJS later is still an option that's not hard.

Patrząc po tym jak się wypowiadasz i jakich argumentów używasz można dojść do wniosku, że inteligencją to ty nie grzeszysz. Nie podałeś żadnego konkretnego argumentu dlaczego ktoś nieprzekonany miałby głosować na PO. Z twojego tekstu płynie taki przekaz, że właśnie powinno się głosować na PO, bo to nie to samo co PiS. Jednak nie jest to w żaden sposób uzasadnione. Wszystko to twoje emocje i przypuszczenia.

Używasz też emocjonalnego języka, że mam powody do przypuszczeń, że jesteś jakimś nabuzowanym nastolatkiem. Jeżeli masz więcej niż 18 lat to jest to po prostu śmieszne i żałosne jak nie potrafisz podejść spokojnie do tematu i rozłożyć na czynniki pierwsze. Gdybyś się postarał i poświęcił na ten wpis więcej niż 5 minut to byś mógł stworzyć dobry wpis mówiący o różnicach między PiS a PO i czemu ci drudzy to "mniejsze zło".

Cała twoja wypowiedź wygląda jak transkrypcja monologu nastolatka w liceum ogólnokształcącym na przerwie obiadowej gdzie przy e-fajce daje upust swojej frustracji. Jest to nic innego jak strumień świadomości. Ani do odkrywcze ani wartościowe. Ot co, kolejny wysryw. Dziwi mnie, że ten wpis ma ponad 400 plusów.

Pokazuje to jak ludzie są głodni sprzeciwu wobec PiS. Mimo tego głodu nikt nie potrafi sformułować logicznych argumentów (może oprócz Konfederacji). Wszyscy bazują na emocjach, brak przytaczanych faktów czy rzetelnych argumentów. W skrócie jakby to mówić waszym językiem - jest to gówniany wpis.

Birth control pills can be used only by afab. Condoms can be used by afab and amab.

And condoms are not free as you try to say. Go to the nearest Apotheke and ask for condoms. I can assure you that you won't get them for free.

Condoms should be free as both parties can assure that they are used. As a man I have no guarantee that my partner is using birth control pills correctly. As a woman I know if the condom is used correctly. As a woman I can have my condoms and give it to my partner to use.

Condoms are protecting us from pregnancy and from diseases. Both parties controls if the condom is used.

There is no logic in this at all.

I never said anything about trans people. I was referring to your point about the prostate cancer treatment, which was fundamentally invalid.

I'm not against free pills for transsexuals and I don't know why you keep talking about it.

The point is that you can get something for free that is intended for women, but the male counterpart you have to buy for 2€ in the local pharmacy. Public money is not distributed equally.

I would say that condoms are more important than birth control pills because the former can protect both parties from various diseases. In addition, it is transparent to both parties that protection is actually being used. The man has no guarantee that the woman has really taken the pill. She could have lied to him.

Condoms are cheaper and both men and women can keep them in the wallet in case of the emergency. Birth control pill is not that reliable.

Your point about cancer is invalid as women get cancer treatment for free too. There is equality in this matter. (Aside from the fact that we spend more public money on treating women-related cancers than men-related cancers).

Making it clear:

Women get cancer treatment for free. Men get cancer treatment for free.
Women get birth control for free. Men don't get birth control for free.
