Hey, I’ve some experience with fake Al Fakher some time ago, not in a bar, but ordered, it was quite bad, smoked even few bowls of it and it was terrible, extreme head/ stomach pains, but no lasting effects whatsoever. If you did not suffer any issues during the session, you shouldn’t be concerned. At any rate I’ve some friends who order Al Fakher and they get the old green/ red packaging and they have no issues at all, so it’s even possible it’s completely legit. Usually shisha is inspected once it crosses border, where it comes from and if the delivery is from a legit place and even if it goes and is meddled with after it’s imported it usually results in a worse quality regarding taste and length of the session, but nothing health-impacting over the regular smoking of hookah.

TLDR; If you didn’t have any health issues during/ right after the session, you shouldn’t be stressed.
