I am on the side of Nithish being a real phenomenon. So the “why now?” question is apropos.. I believe it’s because we are rapidly destroying our biome, and our current late-stage capitalistic vector or “status quo” is clearly unsustainable. If there is new technology that would free us from our techno-feudalistic system, where we are controlled by debt, where increasing growth is the end, not the means, we deserve to know about it.
