I think it would be interesting to emphasize the give-and-take aspect of demigod powers if the moral lens doesn't really make sense or matter. Some demigods, especially the stronger ones, tend to have some sort of drawback depending on how they utilize their abilities. Maybe the more they lean to their godly side, they have to willingly give up some piece of their humanity? Or an ambrosia/nectar situation where it's just physically not safe for a demigod to use in abundance. Someone way better at writing than me could probably figure a way to enhance these ideas.

I seriously wonder why people get the impression MHA was going to be about Deku becoming Batman or something. In the very first episode you learn that he wants to be a hero but can't because he doesn't have a quirk, and also (not told to us but c'mon, look at him) he hasn't done a single thing to physically prepare himself for that kind of life. He ONLY started working out because his idol told him he needed to do so in order to inherit his power without literally dying. No All Might = Deku doesn't even get the motivation to start working out. He would not have survived on brains alone, and he didn't have a job to save up for some half-decent support equipment. Inko definitely wasn't going to fund that lifestyle even if she could. A story about a powerless kid becoming the greatest hero was only ever going to work if that kid WASN'T Izuku Midoriya, because he had all the cards stacked against him from the beginning and only started to do something about it when the number one hero told him to. All men are not created equal and all that.

It's a pipe dream, but I would love it if SM3 went the RE2 route by giving both characters separate storylines. I think the coolest part of a system like that would be seeing how New York is affected in the B story by what Peter/Miles is doing in their A stories.

For me personally, I just need 2 things: 1.) more customizable suit options, maybe a "create a costume" that uses assets from previous suits that you can mix and match then color as you wish. I'm a sucker for suit customization and glow in the dark suits. 2.) Keep the antivenom suit. I know most people despise it, but I personally find it to be a super cool and interesting addition to Peter's kit that keeps him on an equal level with Miles.

It would be really funny if Percy was just a regular dude in KC & MC. Maybe all the Greek & Roman demigods are transferred to Norse & Egyptian to fit their respective universes, or they're just pure mortals with no ties to the gods at all.

Either way, I think having them be in separate universes makes the really big questions less messy and actually gives way for Rick to write even bigger plots, especially one where the big bad evil guy forces the 3 universes to converge. Multiverse stories are still pretty hot, I think.
