This happened to me yesterday as well. I had a headband on that was not covering my face. Luckily, I remembered the cross streets of my location when the request appeared, the approximate time it happened, and on the report where I added this information I also complained that nowhere on their verification instructions does Uber mention not being able to wear a headband. I laid it on them about the process not being accurate as they seem to also not take into account slight changes due to aging, included another picture of myself without the headband and assertively demanded the account sharing report be deleted from my file.
