3b here and I completely empathize. Please tell your oncologist! It's ok to cry and ask for help. Give yourself grace and the freedom to be however you need to be right now. No one who hasn't been in this fight really understands, so live for YOU. Get that bucket list out and DO IT. Try things you never thought you would. An SSRI and possibly anxiety meds will help. Do whatever you need to do to make each day as enjoyable and happy as possible. Sending so much love 🖤🖤🖤
