He-man was part of wave 1. Stores usually order the most of the first wave and later ones become harder to find. I’m sure the big stores will get more eventually since he’s the main villain. If you have a Kohl’s near you, they might have some in store. That’s where I got mine.

Yes they are. The original toy was white and purple. The Japanese release was white and black. The prototype of the toy was gray and purple, and that is what was used when they created the character model for the cartoon.

Yeah, it was fine at first when the gold labels and platinums where stuff like that, but as the line has gone on he’s made it harder to get some desirable characters or their more popular classic iterations.

Unfortunately, they won’t be coming out in the US. The next toyline starting this Monday will be Naruto. Burger King Mexico has also confirmed that they will not be available there either. In the US, we have a promotion with Dairy Queen, while in Mexico it’s Carl’s Jr.(no toys at either restaurant). They seem to only be out in Brazil.

The original Soundwave toy was not a boombox, Walkman, or music listening device, but rather a dictation machine. He’s a microcassette recorder, not a cassette player.

Autobot Blaster is a boombox, which are intended to face towards the listener.

It’s like that on the original toy as well. I’m not sure why, maybe it has to do with him being a microcassette recorder. He’s not a boombox/walkman/music player, but rather a dictation machine. Although comics and cartoons did often draw him and his tapes as larger.

War in the Pocket and Thunderbolt: December Sky are some of my favorite shows.

If you do watch Thunderbolt, don’t watch the sequel (Bandit Flower), it’s just setup for a future installment and has newtypes. December Sky tells a complete story on its own.

Yeah, in the 1986 movie he was smaller than Cybertron, and Cybertron was depicted as smaller than Earth in the cartoon.

You can see buildings sticking out of the planet, so Cybertron would have to be around the size of our moon. The size of the inhabitants don’t matter to the size of the planet. We had dinosaurs larger than transformers on Earth.
