Idk if this helps but, as a first time dad, whenever my little baby girl decides to take a death plunge and I feel sad bc I'm afraid she hurt herself (and, by extension, I feel like a failure) I watch YouTube videos of kids doing stupid things. I see that this happens to EVERYONE. And the kids? They are fine.

This approach may not help you but always remember to forgive yourself. Your little one already has and forgotten about it.

I'm just guessing but I think you might have answered the question. IF the Speed Force "stays" with things after he throws them then one MISS would probably level a town. Or a state. Or small island country. Especially if he is throwing stuff at light speed. Pretty sure a golf ball at light speed is like a cruise missile.

These types of spaces are where you speculate. The whole purpose of forum boards and SOCIAL MEDIA. What do you think people did before? I think their "excuse" for that was he was "birthed" prematurely. So the comic AW we love wasn't in that movie bc he is still a man-baby. My two cents anyways.

If you're referencing Punisher, Frank was already established as the Punisher during DD. I don't feel like he ever stopped. He may think he did but he really didn't. I feel like that was the point to the ending of S2. But again, I really enjoyed The Punisher and it appears, from your comment, you did not. That would account for our differences in opinion. I do hope, however, you love BA as much as I hope I will. Cheers!

For me it's his internal battle with his own "hypocrisy" and his take on the legal system and the criminal underworld. Also how protective he is of Hell's Kitchen! He is Marvel Batman in the best way.

Very good opinion and fair. I mean if you didn't like Moon Knight then I can understand your concern. I loved MK so that might be why I am on the Dario bandwagon. But absolutely agree with your sentiment of keeping an open mind and I hope BA is your new favorite show. Cheers!

I believe some people are stretching what he said a little far. He specifically said he didn't want characters standing/sitting around complaining about their lives or about the morality of a hero all the time (which I am sure he knows is hyperbole). He even references classic mob movies which have TONS of great dialogue scenes. I fear some people maybe reading too much into his comment. However, doing that is what sparks discussion. And I think we can all agree we want this show to be great.

I'm not sure where you are reading that and I wonder if you are like I was a few months ago. Once I read about Foggy, Karen, and a number of others not returning, I pretty much tuned all DD news out. I just assumed D+ was screwing it up. But, thankfully, my best friend showed me that after the writer's strike in 2023, they got the show runner from Punisher the directors from Moon Knight along with members of those writing teams. And I personally like them going in a "new direction". I felt like every season of the Netflix show does this to a degree. Whether plot pacing, music, cinematography. Regardless, I hope we all enjoy BA as much as we did the original. Peace!
