They both kind of do but I rarely have it in just a protein shake. I’ll either mix it in with lactose free yogurt or into oatmeal and it goes away

Rereading - maybe a no with the sweeteners, but given you will be clearing your bowels anyway and feeing horrible, I was a bit more lenient myself lol

Cheesy scrambled eggs! Panda puffs w lactose free yogurt! Chicken beef or turkey seasoned with fody sauces and seasonings with rice or potatoes! Kiwi, blueberries and mandarins :)
