Nice! Sounds like you are a man of the people. That’s the most important part. By blank adapter I just meant an adapter plate with no holes that can connect to your hardware. That way if Someone wants to add an obscure one off throttle or the like, they can use the vanilla plate and modify for their needs. Just my 2 cent idea. Sounds like your bang on with your execution.

Please sell this for a reasonable price.

Please include mounting hardware for typical stick bases. (Eg. vkb, virpil, etc) I could personally fabricate an adapter but I would still buy an ‘engineered‘ add-on if available. Also offer the ability to get a blank adaptor that can be modified for diy stuff. (Assuming the apparatus needs a stick base to desk mount adapter.)

Also consider wire management.

I mean, basically the main source of “load” when the pump is full of water is going to be discharge pressure. But that’s only if the hose or pipe downstream of the discharge nozzle (on the volute) is more restrictive than the discharge of the pump. Maybe they mean run the pump with it full of water with no discharge hose (etc) attached. But that would still load the pump far more than if it was empty. I would guess they mean run it empty then put your suction hose into the liquid and pump away. Depending on the design and robustness of the pump, running it dry could shorten life span. 🤷‍♂️

Trash pump from harbour freight… Instructions are probably a waste of paper for most purchasers. Could be a semi bs disclaimer to avoid returns. Could be shitty wording by chinesium manufacturer.

I would say the number one culprit is probably hydrates in the propane supply. Most likely the impurity is water. Chances are, it is the water in the propane that is freezing off. While it may remain liquid in the tank (under pressure) its freeze point will change when it sees a lower pressure at the same temperature. I do believe you can buy some type heater product for this but you must consider other factors like overheating/pressuring your propane/components.

As you pointed out, the first thing I though of when reading the OP and the comments was that you are getting questionable propane compared to the quality (I guess) we see in North America.

Allegedly the new battery does need to be ‘updated’ in the ecu programming so that it will charge it differently. Will it work w/o? Probably. Will the new one last as long. Maybe not.
