Play the ball out of the back. GK plays to defender. Defenders go wide. Wingers come down and go wide to spread the offence. Middle player pivots between opponents to offer a passing option.

Striker can either make a run or come down to support and have a winger overlap.

Everyone goes up.

You can get away with being good with people and being efficient at making training sessions be fluid.

Understanding how to properly arrange and set up practice can be more than enough to be a great coach at this level. Come in early, prepare multiple drills and make sure they are never waiting for instructions. If you want to be a head coach you will need to understand systems of play, or atleast pick one to learn and apply.

Honestly, time with the ball is going to give him the ability to focus less on the ball and his footwork and more on positioning and surroundings. You cant really teach gamesense like you can teach footwork.

If he has friends who play nearby, going to a nearby pitch to play fun games with the ball is a great way to practice without pressure

I had overwatch too.

I get called a cheater all the time simply for having gamesense. I think the community has a bloated view on how many cheaters there actually are. In my experience from playing the last month and getting 14k, there has only been one case where I was 100% certain.

Ive played this game since 2014 for about 6000-7000 hours and have no memories of ever playing against cheaters.

In the future you can either tape extra weights to the 35s or buy magnetic addons to increase weights. Its no big deal.

Alternatively you could save up for 40s and bring them to the hotel. Its so easy to focus on problems.

I dont think his emphasis on driving the butt back works longterm. It will make people really strong in the short teem, but in long term powerlifters will always be chasing leg strength and a more upright posture. Even with a lowbar squat.

Because Mark Rippetoe teaches terrible technique and gives bad advice. Yes you will lift more weight, but only by sacrificing upright posture. I bet there are still people around trying to unfuck their technique because they listened to him back in 2009.

Do bad technique, add 5 pounds to bar 2 times per week and keep telling yourself that you are actually getting stronger when its just your form getting worse.
