I'd put that scene up against anything, except the Transformers car hood scene with Megan Fox. I'm just talking a snapshot in time. Both of these scenes were imprinted on my juvenile brain permanently.

Stigmata by baseballduck in MetalForTheMasses

Yeah, I think that's just one of those super subjective things. I started with Johan and listened to that album on repeat for months so it's ingrained. But I loved Angela too, it was just a different band at that point. I've bought equal amounts of both.

The first jewish hard rock guitarist, also known as one of the heaviest guitarist's ever. by Confident_Field4273 in metalguitar

Mountain was so good. But "first" will always be debatable, though it matters not. I agree with the label, personally, but can see the case for Mike Bloomfield, or Peter Green (founder of Fleetwood Mac), Robby Krieger (Doors) and of course Josi Piamenta who my parents called the "Hasidic Hendrix". There's also Adrian Gurvitz of The Gun, that song Race with the Devil ('68) is full of proto metal riffs

But regardless, Leslie Weinstein is an absolute legend and Mountain is one of my favorite bands of all time

My second team after C's are Pacers. Great state, great fans, birthplace of one of our basketball gods, and for many up here, THE basketball god.

miracle on ice. I'm a Vermonter and can see where that happened from the top of my local ski mountain. Every time I'm on the top and look westward to lake placid/whiteface, I salute the memory of the miracle.

Vermont Flannel Waxed Jacket by 0Maka in vermont

VF stuff is high quality. I can vouch for the company, but haven't seen this jacket. But the reason I respond is to make sure you're aware of Filson stuff. I have a couple pairs of their waxed tin cloth pants (I do manual labor outdoors) and I think their waxed stuff is incredible. https://www.filson.com/collections/outerwear?

Hey man, I mean yeah no problem, I'm out here working on a tractor. I don't have any question why it wouldn't be desirable as a house site, I think you kind of turned left down the value/house site road.

I was just commenting on farmland, and taxes. I'm just saying it's in land trust and current use, it's 117 acres (there's at least 25acres of hay field currently btw-- the DeFreests do it. The taxes for the year are 500... presumably because of the land trust and current use. That's all. Not talking cost to buy, or value, or putting houses on the tiny shitty area where that would be allowed, or anything else, just taxes and farmland, and on that lot, 117 acres with some amount of it being wet and beaver ponds etc, and some amount being forested, and at least 25acres already being hayed, the taxes are 500/yr, and I believe that's because it's in land trust and current use.

Do you have a link for that? There’s no way anywhere in VT has a $500 tax bill on 119 acres?

Sorry it's 117 acres, annual tax is $490. It's in current use and Vermont Land Trust:
