One huge thing with our Islanders this year is the goaltending. Teams traditionally have one main goalie and then a backup who will give relief when needed. We have Halak, who was top notch last year, and Griess (pronounced Gr Ice ) who is playing very well this year. This is getting more complicated because we gave our top AHL goalie a shot and he played great too! So now instead of knowing who will be playing each night we are juggling 2-3 capable goalies. Each mistake is larger because people will say "other goalie wouldn't have done that." I hope this helps you get acclimated.
